Job Description:

Viking-Cives Midwest, Inc. is looking for a Parts and Warehouse Assistant to join our team in our Whites Creek, Tennessee location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Parts and Warehouse Assistant position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone, assisting in parts sales and writing sales orders, arranging freight shipments, coordinating shipping and receiving documents and assisting with inventory counting and recording.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a drug screen
• Fill out an application completely
• Must have good attendance
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
• Have a great attitude
• Great organization skills
• Great communication skills
• Be detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience working in a parts department
