Our Parts Counter Associates play a role in not only our Parts Department but help our Service Department as well. You would find yourself either assisting and advising guests when they’re purchasing parts but also helping the technicians get the right parts as well. A high-energy individual with lots of drive would fit along great with our culture! The ideal candidate is going to be someone with a warm and friendly personality but also would have prior Parts Counter experience.

Parts Counter Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Providing customer service to customers.
• Maintaining and tracking inventory.
• Ordering supplies for a dealership or auto service center.
• Advise customers about the equipment and parts available for a specific vehicle or car brand.
• Help facilitate and track sales of parts

Parts Counter Advisor Compensation & Benefits

Salary + Commission – The salary portion is based on previous experience.

Parts Counter Advisor Qualifications

• Previous CDK experience preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience working within a Parts Counter Department
• Warm and friendly personality
