Beaverton Nissan, a subsidiary of TIME Auto Group, is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our growing team!

Compensation: $21 - $24 per hour (DOE), with bonus potential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with occasional Saturdays. Schedules will rotate with set hours between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work back counter.
  • Wholesale parts sales.
  • Parts delivery as needed.
  • Assists with online parts store.
  • Check in and receipt orders as they arrive throughout the day.
  • Respond to e-mails and faxed orders.
  • Answer parts department phone calls.
  • Places replenishment stock orders with Nissan.
  • Cashiers’ customers out for parts transactions.
  • Pulls and ships out customer and wholesale orders.
  • Puts away replenishment stock.
  • Makes sure necessary paperwork gets to the office daily.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Maintains safe work environment.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and conduct.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid insurable driver's license.
  • Three years related experience, dealership experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • DealerTrack DMS experience a plus.
