Who We Are Looking For: With Tropic Ocean Airways, the experience starts before departure, and we are looking for a Passenger Experience Representative to help us elevate our customers' experience. Our Passenger Experience Representative will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tropic Ocean Airways' terminal. This person must possess front-of-house presentation skills and have a passion to serve others.

Directly Reports To: Guests Services Agent

Responsibilities: Front of House: Passenger First Impression

Hospitality: Provide amazing customer service

Greet guests, handle passenger check-ins, and communicate travel information to passengers

Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure

Complete daily passenger Touchpoints

Keep the lobby presentable: start of day, throughout the day, and closing procedures

Set the vibe: sets playlist, makes sure temperature is appropriate, and passengers are comfortable

Offer guest beverage service

Run Inventory: stock checks and inputs

Feedback: Be our eyes and ears onsite; delivering feedback to the team on how the space is being used and what needs to be improved.

Can lift up to 50 lbs

Can stand on feet for up to 85% of shift

Can operate Microsoft Suite and Takeflite (training will be provided)

Run daily Standard Operating Procedures

Comfort with typing written communication tools like Teams

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license

Part-time 3 days a week minimum, with potential for full-time employment.
