The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for dessert and pastry execution for the entire operation and assists the Pastry chef with production, event organization, recipe creation, and pastry culinary accountability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie must be able to operate as the pastry lead when the Pastry Chef de Partie is unavailable
