Established, fee-for-service, dental practice in Worthington, Ohio is seeking a patient care coordinator. Our previous associate dentist has purchased the office and is looking to add a professional and caring individual to our team! We prefer an individual with experience in the dental field with knowledge of dental nomenclature and procedures. Our patients know and expect high quality care, communication, and follow up from our office. We would like to add an individual who shares the same values and is seeking a long-term role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Greeting and checking out patients, answering phone calls, monitoring office email, scheduling treatment, managing recare, submitting to insurance, generating fee estimates, and much more! Training will be provided by experienced staff.

Benefits include: Paid vacation, holidays, 401K, and dental services for self and immediate family. The position is open to full time or part time; with preference to eventually stay full time. Patient care hours are MON/TUES 8:00am-5:00pm (lunch 1:00-2:00pm), WED/THUR 7:00am-2:00pm, select Fridays 8:00am-1:00pm. Duties begin approximately 45 prior start times listed above.

Hourly pay rate based upon experience.
