Job description
The Patient Care Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care in their assigned units. This includes managing the quality of care , patient throughput, staff's performance and attendance and supplies inventory and usage. The PCM consults with line staff, physicians, nursing and hospital leaders on nursing, patient care issues and interpretation of hospital policies, to ensure patient needs are met. The PCM designs, implements and maintains performance improvement activities within the department. The PCM assists in formulating budget, prepares and submits nursing payroll, participates in, and makes decisions for hiring, orienting, evaluating, scheduling and disciplining employees.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
