For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Our CARF accredited, post acute residential, vocational and outpatient programs are offered in the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh regions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Louisiana and Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Colorado, and California
Responsibilities:

Tree of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking full-time and part-time Rehab Patient Care Techs or CNAs to join our team for our facilities in Richmond, VA. The Tree of Life Services Patient Care Technician is responsible for assisting with and properly documenting the client’s day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned. The success of each client’s program is contingent on consistent follow-through with all medical, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects of the client’s specific program through the course of each day and night. Client engagement is a key responsibility for each and every Patient Care Technician.


Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate starts at $16 per hour, with potential increases based on education and experience.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, insurance and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained. Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation, as well as time management skills are required. The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is a must. The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills is essential.
