Job description
We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-centered Patient Care Technician for a PRN position in our friendly Emergency Department.
Summary
The Patient Care Tech performs reception, clerical & secretarial duties while functioning as the focal communication source in the work station. Works closely with management, staff, families, physicians, other employees, and visitors. Assists to maintain the department in a constant state of readiness and an adequately stocked, well organized and clean department. Assists the nurses in providing the best care for our patients. The ideal candidate holds a current CNA certification and has excellent customer service skills. Must have or be willing to obtain a CPR certification and do basic EKG training. Required Education and Experience
