Thriving surgical weight-loss practice is looking for a full-time Patient Navigator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, speaking to new and prospective patients, collecting demographic information upon check in, collecting copays and patient balances, rooming patients, assisting patients throughout the surgical process, confirming clinic schedule, scheduling patient appointments, cleaning clinic rooms and assisting other coworkers as needed.

Prospective applicants should work well under pressure and have great time management skills. The applicant must have the ability to use a computer system efficiently. Attention to detail is a must. The applicate must have excellent and effective communication skills, a strong work ethic, an appreciation for a team approach, and a willingness to assist when and where needed in the office. This is a crucial role in our office and the applicate must be dependable and punctual.

Medical or office experience is not required, but would be helpful. High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred.

Offices located in Kirkwood, MO and Festus, MO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
