Huyser Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating is a full service asphalt installation and maintenance company that services residential driveways along with providing parking lot management solutions to commercial and industrial properties. We are looking for a Paving Superintendent to help drive company goals related to all aspects of our crews performance. We require someone with a strong leadership background to direct our field employees on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and be able to get the very best out of each individual employee. A work history in construction or managing multiple work sites specifically in asphalt is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
• Provide proactive leadership and coaching to crew members and interact with all external and internal customers in a professional manner
• Execute plans and schedules for assigned projects.
• Organize and manage necessary personnel and equipment to maintain grading and paving schedules.
• Procure and manage job specific materials, deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Assist project managers with all field operations including verification of as built quantities and change orders.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and customer expectations.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
