Job description
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional for an exciting Payroll Administrator position with a growing, reputable organization that offers a great compensation & benefits package along with a flexible schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
- Coordinate timekeeping within ADP payroll systems
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Assist the accounting department with processing accounts payable invoices
- Assist the human resources department with any overflow of HR work
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
Skills:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Familiarity with ADP software and Microsoft Office Applications
- A keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organizational and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
