Due to our growth, we are adding a full-time Payroll Administrator to our Corporate Payroll Team. Working as a Payroll Administrator, you will be helping to provide full-cycle payroll processing for multiple dealerships and entities across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The ideal candidate would have prior payroll experience in the automotive industry.
Payroll Administrator Essential Duties:
- Processing full-cycle, high-volume, multi-state payroll(s).
- Verification of commission calculations.
- Worker’s Compensation tracking.
- Posting journal entries.
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions.
- Other duties and accounting projects as needed.

Payroll Administrator Required Skills:
- 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience (automotive experience preferred but not required).
- Accounting experience.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Positive & outgoing demeanor
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older, ability to pass criminal background, and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
