Positions include
- Payroll and Human Resource Coordinator
Our Hydration Depot division is a factory direct GATORADE distributor (as well as other amazing hydration products) to 1000’s of clients in all sectors; Our Traffic Cones for Less division provides traffic safety products to stadiums, COVID Testing centers, schools, police, fire depts., as well as construction, government entities, and airports to name a few. Our other sites synchronize with the same demographic of clients nationwide.

This position is responsible for customer invoicing, posting of customer payments, maintaining checking and bank accounts balances, credit card and bank reconciliations, payment of all vendor bills, including recurring payments, and monitoring the cash balances in company accounts utilizing QuickBooks. This position must be experienced in accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and inventory management.
Job Requirements:
- Post open positions and update job descriptions, perform initial screening
- Review and approve time cards and punches
- Process payroll on a biweekly basis
- Complete hiring onboarding process for all new employees
- Keep all employment records, updates and schedule review meetings
- Review and research health benefit packages annually
- Complete annual benefit enrollment for employees
- Work closely with all departments to ensure company processes are being followed
- Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes in HR & employment law
- Perform employee counseling sessions as needed basis
- Retain all documenation on any incident or accident report
- Perform employee termination reports
- Review /Update Company Policy Manual as needed
- Conducts routine audits of all payroll and benefits programs to recommend corrective action
Key Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Human Resource /Payroll processing
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have initiative, excellent organization and time management
- Accurate and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast paced, at times stressful environment
What You’ll Need (Job Requirements):
- Minimum 2 years of HR and payroll experience
- Understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures
- Great Attitude

- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment
