What You Will Do

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for performing detailed analysis, tracking, compiling, and reviewing of reports necessary for determining the cash flow balances for corporate accounts. Works directly with management on a daily basis. Performs all duties in accordance with Cenegenics policies and within the realm of the vision of Cenegenics.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

Compiles, prepares, and updates financial reports including reconciliation, revenue, settlement, cash logs, etc.
Receives payment checks from customers and prepares bank deposits.
Tracks all charge backs and disputes made by customers and makes adjustments on reports as necessary.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of Payroll transactions.
Maintains the necessary internal controls required to safeguard assets and confidential information, utilizing company guidelines.
Assists with month-end and year-end process.
Ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial data produced.
Relies on protocol, established procedures and prior experience to make decisions based on the company’s best interest and to the benefit of Cenegenics partners, affiliates and patients.
Performs other duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work independently under the supervision of the Accounting Manager
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment.
Aptitude for learning new software quickly
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Must possess a high level of intelligence, professional presentation and communication skills
Capable of prioritizing work efficiently and accepting responsibility for all decisions and actions
Attention-to-detail skills with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to lead, inspire, and support your staff
Commitment to provide 5-star service in every interaction
Ability to accept challenges enthusiastically in an evolving environment
Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent
2+ years basic accounting/payroll experience
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Excel preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
