Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
  • Responsible for processing payroll, quarterly/yearly tax filing, and processing garnishments
  • Provide reports to various departments and/or agencies, ensure data integrity of the HRIS, including reporting, troubleshooting, and correction of Workcomplex payroll issues
  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, from beginning to end of process, in accordance with company payroll processing schedule
  • Process additional payrolls for adjustments, bonuses, severance, employee referrals, etc. as needed
  • Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and distribution of W-2's
  • Work closely with and communicate with the entire accounting team to ensure accuracy of record keeping and billing
  • Responsible for the distribution of all payroll checks companywide; process manual checks as needed
  • Set up direct deposit or pay cards for associates as requested
  • Provide employee verification as needed in accordance with company policy
  • Conduct audits in HRIS of employee records as they pertain to payroll
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as Payroll and HR Administrator
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, Service Titan, UKG
  • Knowledgeable of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
