PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Rooms To Go believes in giving our associates the tools to succeed, because with out a strong team, we can't succeed.We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist responsible for all payroll-related tasks, utilizing ADP and Kronos.What you will be doing: Reviewing timesheet data and payroll information
Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
Calculating wages, tax deductions, commissions, etc,
Preparing and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2500 associates
Maintaining accurate payroll records of payroll documentation and transactions.
What you bring to the Table: 2-5 years payroll experience is required.
ADP and Kronos experience is preferred.
Be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues
Ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The position will report directly to the Payroll Manager.This is a full time position (hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday) and is eligible for fulltime benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k, employee discounts, 2 weeks vacation your first year.We are seeking candidates who are looking for a company they can grow and stay with long term. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.74 - $30.44 per hour
