POSITION SUMMARY

The PCA will provide the highest quality of care to U-turn Health's clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure client’s needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Care

• Provides safe and effective personal care for the client based on individualized Plan of Care available in the client’s home..

Interpersonal Skills

• Always maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to prepare for a client assignment and arrive on time to the designated client
• To recognize emergency situations; demonstrate a sense of urgency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
