Come join our growing and dynamic team at Back Bay Speech & Occupational Therapy! We are dedicated to supporting children in their natural environment and community, and we're looking for a talented occupational therapist to join us on this mission.

We are currently seeking a part-time (3-4 full days per week) or full-time occupational therapist to provide home-based therapy services to children in the Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and Somerville areas.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3 years of pediatric outpatient experience, not including clinical practicum. We primarily work with children ages birth-10 years old, and treat a variety of profiles such as: sensory fine motor, handwriting, and feeding disorders.

At Back Bay Speech & Occupational Therapy, we pride ourselves on offering flexible scheduling and a good work/life balance. Our occupational therapists are responsible for all clinical duties, including identification, diagnosis, and therapy. They also manage treatment delivered through direct therapeutic services, tracking information, and consultative services as needed.

We value daily recording of treatment sessions and data collection, as well as professional communication with parents, teachers, and all other professionals with relevance to the patient.
