We have an opportunity for you to join our Pepsi Team as a Full Time Warehouse Manager.

**Hours are Monday-Friday!**

*Due to Federal Child Labor Laws regarding driving, you MUST be at least 18 years old for this position.

General purpose of the position: To plan, organize, develop and direct the over all operation of the warehouse in accordance with company goals, policies and department budget.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Monitor and direct the warehouse operations to meet the established goals while providing a high level of customer service, to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for the warehouse through effective interviewing and selection processes, as well as utilizing tools to decrease employee turnover.
• Ensure employees receive proper training in job duties, safety and policies & procedures.
• Ensure all delivery vehicles are loaded accurately each day, within the allotted time frame.
• Control inventory by monitoring product orders and current inventory levels, to ensure adequate stock levels to meet sales volume.
• Minimize warehouse shortages/breakage through proper handling and storage of product.
• Responsible for the wage and salary administration of all warehouse employees.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the warehouse through light maintenance tasks and general janitorial tasks, including running the floor scrubber.
• Responsible for the forklift certification for all employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year departmental experience or 2-years outside warehouse experience requires; or combination of both.
• Forklift experience or certification required.

Skills & Abilities:

• Must possess leadership ability and team-building skills to effectively supervise staff and interact with all other levels of staff.
• Must have well developed problem solving skills.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to use basic tools, such as: utility knife, floor scrubber, floor jack, Handcarts, etc.)
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Physical Demands:

• Repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, standing and walking.
• Work in varying job conditions including; heat, cold, damp, inside, outside.
