Salary Range: Based on experience
As a Performance Center Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to present OxeFit’s advanced strength training system units to a growing customer base through live demonstrations, excellent customer service, and driving sales activities both internally and externally.
Essential Functions:
- Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle
- Respond to all customer inquiries using various mediums (emails, phone calls, video calls etc.) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform outbound sales calls to target new revenue streams
- Build, distribute, and track progress on customer quotations
- Report sales progress to sales team
- Schedule demos and conduct routine follow-ups on active leads
- Maintain a subject-matter-expert level understanding of both XS1 and XP1 systems
- Bridge the gap between customers and corporate teams by providing crucial customer feedback that can be used to improve internal processes
- Maintain a flexible work schedule with weekend and evening availability when needed
- Uphold the OxeFit brand by exercising a self-starter mindset and keeping a positive attitude
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Health and Exercise Science, Personal Health, Business, or a related field
- Personal training certification from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated success in sales related roles as an individual contributor
- Experience in all phases of the sale lifecycle from initiation to close
What makes you stand out:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or retail sales environment is preferred
- Strong technical skills using programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce is preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
