The Executive Assistant to the CEO of Lux Listing Apts is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing the organization’s REAL ESTATE office operations, including working remotely with the local team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will drive the CEO around to his daily real estate tours/errands, in your vehicle.
  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.
  • Processes and maintains proper licensure needed to operate the business.
  • Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent judgment is essential.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.

Compensation

You will recive a base weekly salary pay of $250 plus commsion from CEO's personal and team sales. You become eligible for commsion post 30 days of employment. Expected
monthly salary $2,000-$4,500.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $250.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • On call

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA 30305: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
