In this role, you'll provide outstanding executive support, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for senior leadership.

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who can hit the ground running and is an excellent communicator and relationship builder. You excel in a start-up and fast-paced environment, and are comfortable coordinating high-volume and complex calendars, planning events and travel, and proactively addressing internal needs.

This may be a hybrid position with required Travel between San Diego, CA and Las Vegas, NV, M-F depending on business demand.

Executive Assistant Job Duties:

  • Oversee high-volume executive support for an SVP-Level leadership team member.
  • Ensure the executive’s time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the business.
  • Manage email by filtering, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
  • Represent the executive and the business with internal and external contacts.
  • Organize events and engagements for the executive and supporting teams.
  • Flawlessly coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements.
  • Address impromptu tasks as they arise and personal items as required.
  • Influence decisions through synthesizing multiple options and presenting.
  • Proactively address issues, thinking outside the box.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred but not required
  • Excellent computer skills and fluency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Suite and Google Calendar
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized while having high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity and proven track record in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive
  • information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and proactive, but able to take direction
  • Ability to adapt to quick changing scheduling and last minute requests;
  • Fast learner and can convey correct information regarding operations, policies, practices
  • Experience with start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Commitment: This role is full-time and a temp-to-hire position staffed via Pronoea Fortuna LLC. This position will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Las Vegas area.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
