Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required
• Personal Lines Insurance experience (preferably experience at an independent agency, but will consider other personal lines insurance experience)
• Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Friendly, upbeat & professional demeanor
• Strong desire to help people
• Keeps composure and able to work under pressure or when working with challenging customers
