Mashup Media LLC is looking to add a WordPress / PHP Developer to our team. Duties will include writing custom functions, writing custom WordPress Rest-API calls, optimizing WordPress backend, maintaining and troubleshooting WordPress Backend, etc. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from our NJ-based office, if needed. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement web portal features and bug fixes
• Analyze, develop, enhance, code, test, document, and implement system modifications
• Adhere to development standards and best practices
• Develop in PHP, MySQL, HTML, JS, CSS
• Experience in MySQL/MariaDB/MongoDB

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• PHP required, 2+ years’ experience
• Object-Oriented Design Pattern knowledge
• Linux server administration - Bash scripting (desirable)
• Experience using Open-Source tools and software (such as jQuery, Bootstrap, CMS, etc.; desirable)
• Exceptional computer skills
