The Position:
We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Aide for several of our Physical Therapy officesacross the region. This is an entry level position and we are hiring multiple people for this role!
Responsibilities and Duties of the Physical Therapist Aide:
The Physical Therapist Aide is responsible for providing support/assistance to physical and occupational therapists and assistants in their treatment of patients, under their direct supervision, as well as assisting in front desk job duties such as greeting patients.
The position's tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the Physical Therapist and assisting with the flow of daily operations
- Setting up exercise machines as necessary for each individual patient
- Monitor exercise repitation and form to ensure proper rehabilitation is met
- Cleaning/sanitizing machines, mats, or other equipment after use
- Administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Is responsible for maintaining current CPR certification.
- Office support experience preferred
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, physicians, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Ability to be kind and caring during all interactions with patients
- Willingness to grow within company
