Advantage Rehab is a therapist owned and operated company providing therapy services to patients in skilled nursing, long-term care, and home health settings. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to care for our home health patients at Sierra Home Health & Hospice, our full-service agency in Las Cruces. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and rehabilitation experience, primarily with the geriatric population. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with an interdisciplinary team
• Ability to follow a specialized care plan based on the patient's evaluation and the goals recommended by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement the treatment program set in place by plan of care.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification by an accredited PTA curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Active license by the board who aids in provision of physical therapy services with onsite director or supervision of a physical therapist
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology required for PTA and it's Application in the treatment of patients at home
• Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
