Young Adult Special Care Nursing Facility for neurologically impaired and spinal cord injuries located in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist is responsible for developing a physical therapy program under medical doctor's orders, for residents within the scope and limitations set forth in the plan of treatment. Responsible for all evaluations on new admissions to be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Interact directly with other members of the Interdisciplinary Team to provide consistency of care by directly consulting with department heads, when appropriate, and attend Care Plan meeting when required.
