As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will be required to:
THE WELL STUDIO PROVIDES AN ATMOSPHERE TO SUPPORT AND INSPIRE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS TO LIVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE. WE STRIVE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY BY CHANGING LIVES IN A POSITIVE WAY THROUGH MOVEMENT, BREATH, AWARENESS AND EDUCATION!
As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will be required to:
- Modify programming based on fitness capability.
- Build relationships and a sense of community with other like-minded individuals
- Maintain all mandatory education certifications
- Ensure class coverage when unavailable to teach.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting returning participants and always welcoming
new participants. - Teaching small group reformer classes that are safe, effective, fun, and motivating for members.
- Pilates certifications.
- Teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- CPR/AED Certification
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class, which may include, but not limited
to, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, running, crawling, and kneeling
