Solvang Brewing Co. Lompoc location is immediately hiring for experienced pizza cooks and sandwich artists. Tasks will include but not be limited to: Pizza prep, saucing and topping pizzas, making dough and forming dough balls, cooking large volumes on a grill, making hot and cold subs, prepping kitchen and own work station, understanding and executing portion control, being Serv Safe compliant and demonstrating excellent communication skills. Must be reliable, respectful, dependable, flexible and punctual. This position is intended for responsible and mature employee who works clean, is even tempered, has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
