Responsibilities
- Lead a complete steel plant, responsible for P&L, sales, safety, quality and productivity targets for production, inspection, and shipping of components.
- Develop a strong crew focused on safety and key deliverables and metrics within the organization.
- Work with parent company management to develop and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Monitor the inventory of plant materials and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Design and implement training programs for plant personnel.
- Be available to work weekends or holidays as needed to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an architectural or structural pre-cast concrete production facility
- Knowledge of ASTM standards
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- P&L management experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must demonstrate excellent time management skills
