Leads strategy and manages programs that support continuous improvement, execution, and innovation for the Premium and Policy Service areas. Works closely with UW, Transformation, Strategy and Channel Performance Leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure all programs support Operations business strategy across MSA.

Compensation Minimum:$132,100 / year

Compensation Maximum:$173,950 / year

Primary Accountabilities

• Creates an infrastructure of processes that support overall underwriting and execution and other business areas within MSA

• Works collaboratively with leadership to drive continuous improvement

• Utilizes data and metrics of on-line servicing, yield, product knowledge to drive continuous improvement and influence the overall customer experience

• Managing day-to-day support functions directly and through others to achieve department, company, and enterprise goals.

• Support change management through effective communication of policies, procedures, and business information in a manner that enhances understanding and support for continuous improvement

• Identify, lead, and manage processes that support impacts to underwriting and execution performance

• Establish feedback loops that utilizes information to drive OpCo and Enterprise initiatives

• Consult with internal business partners to ensure support programs assist in driving business initiatives

Travel Requirements

• This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership, project management, change management, and personnel management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to establish project plans that drive results and align to operational goals.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic thinking into tangible plans and business results.

• Experienced people management and leadership experience

• Demonstrated ability leveraging technology to innovate and improve business performance and efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability managing multiple groups directly and through others to measurably impact performance.

• Candidates with P&C Underwriting and/or Policy Services leadership experience are preferred.
• Candidates with Lean experience preferred.
• This position is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office.
