Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. has been constructing dreams throughout Minnesota and the surrounding 5 State area since 1985. At Structural Buildings we design and construct a wide array of building types from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete; ensuring our ability to provide the best type of building to meet all our customer’s needs.

Job Responsibilities
Digging and installing footings
Framing walls, roof structures and trusses
Installing windows, entry doors, interior doors, and door openings
Read, understand, and build according to specs and construction plans
Install various siding and roofing materials

Job Qualifications
Post-frame construction experience
Enjoys working outside in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn, develop new skills and be a productive member of the team
Ability to take direction with a positive attitude
Capability to produce quality work in an efficient manner
Willing to travel which occasionally includes extended overnight stays
Valid driver’s license – CDL highly desired

Safety Requirements
Abide by and apply Structural Buildings safety and construction procedures, methods and standards to every building, every day.
Willingness to maintain and operate construction and hand tools in a safe and proper manner.
Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (up to 40 feet) from ladders and aerial work platforms

$17 - $40 per hour BOE

**Bonus consideration requires a minimum of 2 years Post Frame carpentry experience

Previous experience in association with Construction Laborer or Carpenter, Electrician, Apprentice, Plumber, HVAC, Painter, Mechanic, Drywall, Framing, Demolition, Insulation and Military background are encouraged to apply.
