Practice Administrator

The candidate we are looking for can not only lead our employee team collaboratively and effectively but understands and empathizes with the needs of our patients and has the expertise to promote our practice and increase our market share.
- Five years medical office management experience required to include human resources, and financial reporting.
- College degree. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience in a cosmetic surgery practice, elective medicine, aesthetics or dentistry is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Accounting software, Electronic Health Record & Practice Management software. QuickBooks and Nextech experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational and marketing skills
