Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for a Practice Administrator II at our Annapolis, Maryland Practice . Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Practice Administrator II is responsible for the daily operations of health center/practice. Daily operations include: budget management and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and discipline of staff. Works effectively with providers and other staff to develop and implement common priorities and goals related to providing optimal customer service, maximizing operational efficiency, assuring financial viability and rendering high quality health care services. Demonstrate through leadership example, visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment and enhance provider and staff morale. Responsible for fostering a positive relationship with the local community served by the health center. In addition to these Administrative duties, if credentialed as a billable clinician, provides direct patient care in the center/practice, conforming to the pertinent standards of care and under the direction/oversight of the Office Medical Director.

Shift : Exempt, Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri

Requirements:
Four years' of healthcare management is required.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. No relevant experience considered.

If a Practice Administrator also has clinical nurse responsibilities, the following education, training, licensing and certification requirements apply: 1. R.N. training and a degree from an approved school of nursing. 2. Current Maryland State Licensure is required. 3. Current CPR certification or ability to successfully complete CPR certification.
