Noodle Express is hiring! We are now hiring Prep Cooks. If you are passionate about delivering a superior experience to every guest, come and join our team today.

All of our staff benefits from a generous tip pool that provides $5 to $7 an hour on top of base wages. Let us show you what this provides our staff. Base wage starts at $14. You will make up to $21 with tips- let us prove it to you!

Prep Cooks keep us stocked with our fresh ingredients so we can take great care of our guests. They work quickly and efficiently to prepare our sauces and other recipes from scratch each day. Prep cooks come in 7 days a week, but this is a mostly daytime position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (chopping, cutting, preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively with team
• Ability to arrive to work on time

Compensation: Hourly rate plus tips, up to and exceeding $ 19 to $21 and hour with your portion of the tip share pool. Starting rate depends on experience.

The Noodle Express is a fast causal/quick service restaurant with locations across Montana, North Idaho and Washington. In 1992, the Noodle Express concept was introduced at the Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana as well. The concept behind the creation of the Noodle Express was to deliver the same great flavors of the Mustard Seed but in a fast-casual environment for everyone to enjoy.

We serve food made with the freshest ingredients and our sauces are made in-house from scratch. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our guests by delivering an exceptional dining experience. We do this by hiring outstanding team members and offer them a positive work environment that encourages growth and advancement.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
