The Opportunity

We have a client seeking a Pricing/Customer Master Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the Customer Master File and Pricing Master File in SAP. This individual will support sales tax, price lists, and all other customer and price related activities. This position engages, advocates, and seeks resolution internally and externally when issues/opportunities are presented.

What You’ll Do:

Assisting the Pricing and Customer Master Team to:

• Maintain accurate prices for all Animal Health Products
• Ensure that SAP always reflects accurate pricing
• Work with Distribution Partners and customers on any pricing discrepancy or question
• Maintain compliance with all business practices
• Create, maintain, and update pricing (account agreements, marketing programs, contracts and bundles)
• Enter new products and code for state restrictions
• Setting up new accounts in SAP, making account changes, and updating license information
• Support sales tax activities related to invoicing
• Flagging accounts
• Account cleanup projects

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of SAP, particularly the Pricing and Customer master components.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work independently and also be a team player.
• B.S./B.A. required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check successfully.
