• Engineering
  • Respond to technical inquiries from Customers.
  • Assist in technical aspects of customer offers.
  • Align with Project Managers on product priorities and customer delivery.
  • Work with software and data engineers to brainstorm product solutions.
  • Collaborates with other Product Engineers to identify opportunities for product integration to strengthen the offering.
  • Look for and champion new products or product variants to expand the product line offering.
• Business
  • Monitor margin on offered products.
  • Assist with forecast for product sales through tracking and reporting of opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Work on business cases to support new product introduction.
  • Assist in market assessments of installed products or potential new products to grow the wallet share within the Nuclear Industry.
  • Assist in development of product pricing.
• Sales & Marketing
  • Support or lead customer facing meetings to present product business case and receive product feedback.
  • Develop customer presentations.
  • Work with offer development team in issuing customer proposals.
  • Assist in development of sales literature.
  • Provide guidance to sales team on technical aspects / advantages of our product offerings.
  • Assist in development of capture plans for targeted markets / products.
  
  

• Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Years of Experience (if applicable): 5+ years of related experience
• Professional Certifications: None required

• Experience working in the commercial nuclear industry is preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry meetings (~20% travel)
• A proven track record of effective written and verbal communication skills, including positive interaction with internal and customer executives, is required.
• Strong leadership, product management, commercial effectiveness, change management and communication skills.
• Action-Oriented: ability to quickly develop an answer and meet time-sensitive responses to continue customer engagement.
• Experience using data insight tools, (i.e. ThoughtSpot, Power BI)
