Full Job Description

Real Simple Ideas is hiring a Print Operator for our Disneyland location! The job entails the following:

Learn to operate specialized printers and produce custom items in an effort, efficient safe, and timely manner

Work with specialized printers and computer programs to format art

Present guests with outstanding guest service, assisting with needs and questions while providing a welcoming environment

Perform minor printer maintenance duties and general store operation tasks including inventory

Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications:

· Must meet Disney's Covid vaccination requirements.

· Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Response to requests for service and assistance. Able to manage guest situations with a positive attitude and a smile to provide to utmost service.

· Interpersonal - Listens to others without interrupting. Respect all customers, managers, and outside employees.

· Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Responds well to questions and feedback.

· Team Work - Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Takes the initiative to make sure all needs and being met. Looking for ways to benefit the team and help out when needed.

· Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Clearly communicates special requests with management, including shift changes, in a timely fashion.

· Sense of Urgency- Works well in keeping pace with the business needs, always anticipating flux in business; Strong time management skills to ensure orders are created and delivered on time.

· Quality – Is detailed oriented; display high standards with everything that is done; treat the equipment with high respect

· Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures.'
