A Print Production Clerk will be responsible for preparing documentation, data entry and compiling documents. This role will also maintain office supplies and prepare reports.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Department in accomplishing the goals of the company by:
- Supplying the sales force with high quality, professional marketing materials including posters, brochures, prescription pads, business cards, etc.
- Providing administrative support during new product development and implementation.
- Focuses on printing, packaging, and shipping tasks for a medical device company.
- Ensures company has stock for prints, quick production times etc.
- Inspects and examines printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
- Inputs instructions in order to program automated machinery, using a computer keyboard.
- Pushes buttons, turn handles, or move controls and levers to start and control printing machines.
- Provide exceptional collating, packaging, shipping, and presentation of all Company materials shipped to sales representatives for timely arrival.
- Maintains records of what’s ordered, produced, etc.
- Assists in other areas of our daily operations as needed.
- Maintains positive relationships with Zynex sales representatives and provide prompt replies to all correspondence (mail, voicemail, and emails).
- Be present & visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Fast-paced, dynamic, professional office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
- Proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
