The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve basic computer and math skills. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, work with a sense of urgency and have excellent organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up offset press machine for correct substrate, ink, and plate specifications
• Operate assigned equipment within Company safety standards to finish printed product according to customer specifications
• Inserting packing sheets on plate cylinder to build up plate to printing height, fastening reinforcing bars to offset blankets, and installing plates and blankets on press cylinders, using hand tools and power tools, to achieve pressure required for printing.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating web offset presses in commercial print operations
• Basic knowledge of ink, water and paper
• Knowledgeable of press set-up and maintenance procedures
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and quality, safety oriented
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
