PRN Caregiver / Resident Assistant

Havenwood of Onalaska Managed by Walker Methodist seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA) to provide hands-on personal care to meet each resident’s needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse.
Available Schedule:
PRN (per diem)- requirement 16 hours a month, with additional pick hours available
Minimum qualifications:
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
- Previous experience in healthcare environment
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently to meet individual client needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
