The Process Engineer will:
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement;
- Determine problem resolutions and implementing improvements;
- Research and developing new processes, equipment, and products;
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems;
- Maintain research and activity documentation and preparing reports;
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed;
- Study production and machine requirements;
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance;
- Resolve issues and delays in production;
- Train staff in new and existing processes;
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Strong base salary in the $75-80K range depending upon skills and experience
