Description:We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our Production Team in LA. The Producer is responsible for providing oversite on all broadcast, digital, and video content.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide production oversite on all broadcast, digital and video content.
• Collaborate with the creatives on production process from concept through completion
• Solicit and share production reels and make recommendations to identify the best partners to execute the creative vision.
• Create and manage all budget estimates and schedules.
• Review and negotiate all vendor bids.
• Work closely with cost consultants during bidding process.
• Supervise all vendor communication, internal and client approvals.
• Work closely with Business Affairs Managers, Project Managers and Account Leads.
• Travel and attend shoots as needed.
• Manage day to day work flow.
• Reconcile production jobs with Client Finance.
• General duties as assigned by the VP, Head of Production.
• Ability to manage workload and accomplish task.
• Preserve and foster WI’s Culture and maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude.

Requirements:

• BA or BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years advertising agency experience producing broadcast, digital, branded or video content.
• 2+ years experience as a Producer at an advertising agency required.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to problem solve and quickly address production challenges in real time.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Be proactive, use initiative, multi-task, be detailed oriented, and work well under pressure.
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Must be proficient on MAC OS and MS Office products (outlook, word, excel, power point).
