Responsibility

• Review production orders, sales orders, and backlog for Mountain Tarp Branches
• Formalizes processes for uniformity across each Mountain Tarp entity
• Assist in new hire training as well as refresher training
• Monitor transfer order activity to ensure each branch has their required materials
• Assist in developing tracking, KPIs, and reporting on trends for branch activity
• Troubleshoot system issues and limitations and provide solutions to users

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent Written and Verbal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 preferred, not required
• Ability to travel to locations frequently to work with team members and serve as the primary backup for absenteeism (~25% travel)

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or bachelor’s preferred
• 3-5 years experience in a production-type environment: production planning, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, shipping/receiving
