About the role

This is an early morning role with a 5:30am to 2pm schedule Monday through Friday. You will be accountable for all day shift production attendance and temporary employee staffing.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Monitor and track daily production attendance
• Coordinate temporary employee staffing schedules
• Assist with onboarding of new production employees
• Assist HR Department with other items as needed

Skills and experience needed

• Self starter who can follow Standard Operating Procedures and follow those directions on their own
• Computer software experience with Mircosoft Office
• Ability to suggest process improvements to HR staff
• This is a unique office-based role located inside our production facility. You will need to both be comfortable in an office environment as well the production environment which includes careful observation of your surroundings at all times
