About the job:
The Line Lead is responsible for ensuring proper setup for the line, production timelines and goals as well as overseeing staff performance. The Line Lead should also have knowledge of proper cleaning/sanitation of equipment, GMPs, Standard Operating Procedures, and HACCP.
We are looking for full-time team members to work on our assembly line for 1st and 2nd shift with opportunities for growth to support our brand as an industry leader. We’re offering a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday.
Job Requirements:
- Strong Leadership skills and experience leading a team
- Lead Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen
- Train Line Team Members on station setup
- Continuously monitor and verify quality of work being performed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be a strong team player
- Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
- Ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers card within one week of hire
- Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to monitor machines during the food production process
- Ability to understand and communicate in English

First Shift 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
