Possible Job Responsibilities (Training provided for multiple roles ) :

• Flexibility for cross training between functional areas
• Perform basic soldering and rework of SMT components
• Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies
• Interpret IPC-A-610 standards
• Set up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with SMT line a plus
• Familiarity with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process
• Must be computer literate
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Other Skills and Abilities

• Familiar with using hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.
• Conscientious regarding quality, time management, team work and safety
• Flexibility to train and move between functional areas
