JOB OVERVIEW: Our Production Operator will be responsible for identifying and managing the technical and continuous improvement needs of assigned customer and oversight of any technical activities related to the client site.

Job Title: 1st Shift Production Operator
Shift: 1st Shift 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: Depends on Experience, $19 per hr+
JOB OVERVIEW: Our Production Operator will be responsible for identifying and managing the technical and continuous improvement needs of assigned customer and oversight of any technical activities related to the client site.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for producing/milling batches of dispersions in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to quality procedures as specified in product formulations.
- Operates production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Complies with all safety procedures and safety training requirements. Ability to work in a safe manner with proper PPE.
- Operates material handling equipment including hoists and forklifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Repeatedly lifting 55 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
- Willing to operate a stand-up forklift
- 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Experience with batch tickets helpful
