BlueTriton Brands is currently seeking applicants for Full-time Production Operators B & D positions for our Poland Spring, ME facility.
Pay Rate: $25.45 per hour after 90/180-day review. Night shift roles are eligible for shift differential pay of $1.00.
Retention Bonus: $ 2000 annual total, paid out quarterly
Sign on Bonus $500. Paid as $250 at hire and $250 at 90 days.
Schedule : 12 hour shifts. 6pm to 6am. D and B shifts. D shift- Wed, Thur, Fri and every other Saturday and B Shift- Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Saturday.

Summary
We rely on you as a team member to use proper operation procedures, maintain high quality, ensure safety compliance, work together to solve problems, and to continuously improve operations. Candidates must be able to move/handle 50 lbs over a course of 12 hour shift and have basic math and reading skills. Duties include operating high speed bottling or packaging equipment, loading raw materials, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, quality control inspections and data recording. Maintain workstation in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Interact with production team members, quality control and maintenance technicians to maximize output and efficiency.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Operate, clean, and service production equipment (E.g. bottle fillers, Labelers, case packers, palletizers)
- Perform and record preventative maintenance activity on workstation equipment
- Quality inspections on processes, raw materials and finished products (Infinity)
- Troubleshooting and basic equipment repair (including, providing support to maintenance)
- Reading and utilizing manuals and diagrams
- Recording and charting production output and equipment downtime (SAM/EIT)
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitation in workstation
- Conduct equipment changeovers to accommodate production demands
- Problem solve in independent and team setting (GSTD)
- Use computers to input data via general applications (e.g. Excel, Lotus, Word, EIT, SAM)
- Perform mathematical calculations (multiplication, division, averages, and percentage calculations) to determine KPIs
- Record production output, quality results, and reasons for equipment downtime in computer applications
- Work with production teammates and other employees to generate efficiency, quality, and safety improvements
- Other duties as needed
- Forklift experience preferred or must be willing to be trained Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
- Exposure to high speed production, clean manufacturing or basic maintenance strongly desired
- Ability to work self-directed and with a team
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team based environment
- Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
- Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time throughout the day
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Able and willing to work 12 hour shifts including the potential for nights, weekends and holidays
